If our licensed clinician determines that they cannot in good faith issue a letter for your situation, we refund your full application fee within five business days. We never bill for letters we cannot ethically sign.
No. The price shown is the only charge. ESA letters are valid for 12 months and we send renewal reminders before expiration. Renewals are at a reduced price for existing clients but are not automatic — you choose whether to renew.
Sixty, thirty, and seven days before your letter expires, we email you a renewal reminder. You can renew at the existing-client price (Essential $79, Signature $149, Platinum $399). Renewal is a streamlined version of the original application — most of your information is pre-filled.
Yes. If you start with Essential and decide later that you want the certificate or ID card, contact support and we'll bill the difference and add the documents to your dashboard.

The Platinum package includes a separate Psychiatric Service Dog recommendation letter under the ADA, plus task-specific training documentation. PSD recommendations require additional clinical review of the dog's training and the handler's specific psychiatric needs.
Yes. Every approved client receives a unique referral code. When a friend signs up using your code and completes their first order, you receive $20 in account credit and your friend gets $15 off. Credits are automatically applied at checkout.
